Rest In Peace

Saturday, July 18th, 2009

The world lost “The Most Trusted Man In America” yesterday.  At the age of 92, Walter Cronkite passed away after a long illness.

He was one of “Murrow’s Boys”, recruited by Edward R Murrow back in the days of WWII.

Maureen’s article has several interesting links in it.  I could go on and on but the best way for those who don’t remember Walter Cronkite is for them to go to YouTube and search for Walter Cronkite.  You’ll see what a pro he was.

And to borrow his famous tag line, “That’s the way it is”.
