Well, it’s a step in the right direction.
Read the article linked to below for more info. Atty General’s office to issue statement later on today.
Well, it finally happened.
The Illinois legislature has voted to abolish the Suburban Cook County Regional Office of Education by a vote of 103 to 14.
This as Charles Flowers faces 16 felony charges.
Here is the article published in Southtown Star
Now, let’s see what happens with the trial of Flowers.
Looks like Charles Flowers will be out of a job if the State Board of Teacher Certification yanks his licenses.
They should. He’s under indictment ofor **16** felonies, for cryin’ out loud. The longer eh’s in that job, the more he’s gonna try to steal. Get his arse out now and get a move on with the trial.
Anyone who steals from schools is a scumbag and Charlie’s right down there in the cesspool with the other scumbags that steal from others.
Here’s the article from the Southtown Star:

Okay. Cal City’s in a mess. This proves it.
Mayor Qualkinbush laid off 8 coppers there recently. today we learn that she’s dumped 4 more!
WTF, Mayor? you don’t WANT your city protected or what? Sheesh! Police there are already overworked and, from all reports, grossly under appreciated for the job that they’ve done.
If the Mayor looking for a police strike? Sure seems like it to me. I know there are a lot of pissed off cops in Cal City right now and that could cause a public safety nightmare if they decide they’ve had enough and take a walk.
And why won’t the city talk with the FOP??? If I were living in Cal City, I’d be looking to move in a hurry. the city’s already screwed up adn this isn’t going to help matters any.
This is a GOOD comment on Skype.
I’ve used the service for several years and actually LOVED it. Call quality, etc. was excellent. However, ni recent months I’ve had no job and could not afford to renew the subscription I had.
The renewal caught me by surprise and caused me a little problem. I finally found the link to send Skype a support ticket (Hey, Skype, make it EASY for someone to report something, eh?) and asked for a refund of the renewal.
Although somewhere in all the documentation there is a mention of auto-renewal, which is not very nice as they have an auto-renewal bit in the account settings that should control this, Skype graciously refunded the subscription. YAY!
So, on one hand, I’d recommend Skype, even though there are other services such as MagicJack, etc. that offer the same VOIP service, the process of contacting them is tedious at best.
Caveat Emptor.
