I ran across this post on the Dvorak.org/blog site. who’s backing it doesn’t surprise me nor the fact that it seems that they are
trying to slip this through without anyone catching them.

It sure looks to me like he’s bound and determined to totally screw his defense and get his sorry butt in trouble with the judge by going on the air insisting he’s innocent while jury selection is still ongoing!
If I were the judge, I’d be HIGHLY PO’d.
Read about it Blago blabs again!
the more things change, the more they stay the same. This time, Dolton’s police chief quits when it’s found out he’s also working full time for the medical examiner’s office. Typical of what’s going on in C(r)ook County.

Infoworld’s intrepid columnist takes aim at yet another example of political idiocy.
Okay, I know Harvey’s got problems but THIS is ridiculous and dangerous.

Read the article linked to below for more info. Atty General’s office to issue statement later on today.
Well, it finally happened.
The Illinois legislature has voted to abolish the Suburban Cook County Regional Office of Education by a vote of 103 to 14.
This as Charles Flowers faces 16 felony charges.

Now, let’s see what happens with the trial of Flowers.
Okay. Cal City’s in a mess. This proves it.
Mayor Qualkinbush laid off 8 coppers there recently. today we learn that she’s dumped 4 more!
WTF, Mayor? you don’t WANT your city protected or what? Sheesh! Police there are already overworked and, from all reports, grossly under appreciated for the job that they’ve done.
If the Mayor looking for a police strike? Sure seems like it to me. I know there are a lot of pissed off cops in Cal City right now and that could cause a public safety nightmare if they decide they’ve had enough and take a walk.
And why won’t the city talk with the FOP??? If I were living in Cal City, I’d be looking to move in a hurry. the city’s already screwed up adn this isn’t going to help matters any.
I wonder if any of my readers know that the May 1 celebrations actually have their roots in chicago?
